What we collect

To deliver an order we need your name, mobile number, delivery address with landmark and pin code, and any delivery notes you type. We keep the order itself: the items, prices, totals, the coupon used, when it was placed and each status change along the way.

From payments we keep only Razorpay’s order id and payment id, so we can match a payment to an order and refund it. We never see or store your card number, UPI id or bank details; those go straight to Razorpay.

If you use the contact or feedback form we keep what you send: your mobile number, your message, a rating and an order id if you add one. We do not ask for, or store, an email address anywhere.

• No accounts, no passwords. Each order stands on its own.
• Your browser remembers the pin code you checked, on your device only, so you are not asked twice.
• The cart lives in your browser for the visit and reaches us only when you pay.

What we use it for

• Making and delivering your order, and calling or messaging you about it.
• Refunds and sorting out problems.
• Keeping the records Indian tax and accounting rules require.
• Nothing else. We do not sell data, build marketing lists or send promotional messages.

Who else sees it

Razorpay processes your payment under its own privacy policy. Petpooja, the order system our kitchen runs on, receives the details needed to prepare and dispatch your order: your name, mobile number, address and the items. Our riders see the name, address and number for the delivery they are on.

The site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the pages and stores the order records. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms apply to that chat.

We may use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to see how the site is used. When they are on they set cookies; when they are not, the site sets no tracking cookies at all.

How long we keep it

Order records stay for as long as Indian accounting and tax rules require, then they are deleted. Contact and feedback messages are deleted once they are dealt with. The remembered pin code lives in your browser until you clear it.

Your choices

WhatsApp +91 90825 40650 to see what we hold against a mobile number, correct it or have it deleted. We confirm on WhatsApp. An order record we must keep for tax purposes is deleted once that period ends.

This site is for adults placing food orders. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if a child has ordered without permission, tell us and we remove the record.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, this page changes and the date at the top moves.
