Hours

Every day, 12 pm to 3 am (past midnight). An order placed in the last minutes before closing is accepted only if the kitchen can still make it; otherwise the checkout tells you when we open next.

Our riders

Deliveries are made by our own riders, not a third-party fleet. The rider calls the mobile number on the order when they are close. Keep the phone reachable and the building accessible, and put gate codes, floor and directions in the delivery notes.

If we cannot reach you, we try WhatsApp and wait a reasonable time at the address. Food we cannot hand over through no fault of ours is not refunded.

Charges and minimum order

Any packaging or delivery charge, and the minimum order (₹299 today), are shown in your cart and on the checkout page before you pay. Nothing is added after payment.

Timing

Your order page shows live progress from received to delivered. Delivery time depends on distance, weather and how busy the kitchen is, especially late at night. We do not promise a fixed time, and a late order is not refunded automatically; message us if something has gone wrong.

Packaging and handover

Food travels in sealed containers in an insulated bag. Check the order at the door if you can; missing or damaged items should reach us on WhatsApp within a few hours (see the refund policy).
